Amazing Grace Biblical Seminary is registered under Amazing Grace Ministries India Religious and Charitable Trust (17/IV/2020). In 1997 the initial vision began and in 2014 initiatives started and in the year 2020 Seminary was established with the name AMAZING GRACE BIBLICAL SEMINARY which indeed a vision fulfillment of Dr Jayasree KB. Seminary functioned as online in Nellikkunnam, Kottarakkara for a year in a rented building but God settled it in Kizhakkambalam, Ernakulam in 2021 to the land graciously sponsored by Valayil Family and the constructions for the college began in the year 2022. In its first year itself Seminary was given ATA Candidacy Membership for the courses B.TH (Bachelor of Theology) in Malayalam and English, M.DIV (Master of Divinity), M.TH (Master of Theology in New Testament, History of Christianity, Christian Missions, Pastoral Care and Counselling). Our motto is “Making Disciples to Make Disciples”. AGBS is affiliated to Senate of Serampore University for its Music course, namely, DWM (Diploma in Worship and Music). AGBS is also a center for B.CS (Bachelor of Christian Studies), Dip.CS (Diploma in Christian Studies), Dip.BT (Diploma in Bible Translation) under Senate of Serampore University. We engage in social activities and charity.
Many years of my prayers and ambition came to truth with Amazing Grace Biblical Seminary. As I'm in the ministry of God and have the responsibility of the ministry as well as the household, I can't even think of residential regular studies. Thank God for AGBS who gave us a wonderful opportunity to have classes even more helpful for people like me. And the dedication of our teachers team is remarkable for teaching and responding to us for clearing our doubts at any time. More than that I have got awesome experienced classmates because of AGBS, which otherwise missed in any other regular program. Being my MTH level getting the full fledge of academics in all cases and spiritually empowered in the ministry through the mender our disciple group mam and from Principal mam.
I can confidentally say that the years i have spent in the college turned my life for better. Excellent classes as well as support and guidances from the college has helped me a lot for my studies. Thanking God for making me also a part of this seminary.
I was deeply impressed by the intelligence and commitment shown by the authorities of our college and its principal. Students teacher interaction in a congenial atmosphere is the other feature that strike my mind, where we can experience a spiritual atmosphere in class.
Studying in Amazing Grace Biblical Seminary brings me great joy because we receive complete support from the teachers and non-teaching staff all of whom are very helpful guiding us in all love, care in an exemplary fashion. Classes at AGBS follow complete spiritual and physical discipline. Deciding to study here is turning out to be one of the most momentous and best decisions I have made in life.
My journey with AGBS began with no expectation of one-on-one teaching and guidance in academic matters at the M.Th level. Also I haven't seen spiritual grooming being treated seriously in Seminaries. And yet, this is exactly what I receive from AGBS, alongwith the opportunity to, without unwanted interference, continue in ministry that I've been doing at the same time nurturing the leader in me through hands-on experience as I go about my Theological education.
The biggest wow factor that I have been experiencing here at AGBS is imparting of knowledge in meticulously impeccable ways with proper grounding in the foundational principles of God's word guiding, encouraging and invigorating alongwith ample backing from the College authorities, various student leaders and friends. This type of nurturing goes a long way in making theological education both non-complicated as well as enjoyable.
